2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath of single-story luxury construction,
with some of the best views offered by any lakeside property,
fresh breezes, secure and quiet!
Hacienda Alta #2 features two bedrooms with en suite
bathrooms and walk-in closets, a great room with a
boveda ceiling and a half-bath for your guests to use;
plus a separate den, pantry, laundry room,
storage/mechanicals bodega, and much, much more.
2,713 square feet of living space, on an over-sized 8,245
square foot lot (0.2 acre).
Designed and constructed by the noted architect
Arq. Norberto Hernandez Ruiz, who has built many homes in
Chula Vista Norte and other wealthy enclaves.
HA2 is a one-level home, created to allow its occupants to
gracefully "age in place", without ever having to move.
It has many, many bonus and luxury features - including a
bonus office/media room or den, 2 full fireplaces, an over-sized
double carport, separate laundry room and storage bodega
two heating & cooling "mini-splits", a screened-in terrace that
runs the full length of the east end of the house
(featuring sweeping lake, valley and mountain views),
ceiling fans everywhere, a walk through kitchen pantry,
walk-in closets in the bedrooms, parota wood interior and
entrance doors, and a Tuscan-design tower entrance hall.
The huge kitchen has a dishwasher in the kitchen island,
a dining nook, and a screened outdoor grill room.
Built in the small, elite, walled and gated community of
Hacienda Alta. Google maps location of Hacienda Alta:
The HA2 house takes full advantage of Mexican
craftsmanship, including a hand wrought mosaic floor
in the foyer of the entrance tower, etched glass windows
in the two full baths, granite stone countertops,
with inlaid marble sinks sunk into the master bath's
travertine marble countertop, a full boveda ceiling in the
living room, and intricate floor tile work through out the
house. The entrance and the terrace feature hand-made
over-sized copper lanterns with beveled glass shades.
HA2 is plumbed and wired for any future expansion plans
- maybe a swimming pool overlooking the lake? And solar
water heating and/or solar electric panels on the roof,
a hot tub or firepit on the lakeview terrace outside the
master bedroom....the roof is built to accomodate building
a mirador, or a third bedroom with en suite bath, on it.
The great room, media room, and master bedroom have
cable "drops" running down from the roof for any internet
or satellite systems you may want to install.
There's an intercom to the front gate, an over-sized
underground water cistern (under the carport) and an
extended electrical system, with 30 circuit breakers.
