Boats on Lake Chapala

July 4, 2007 -- The proprietors (Jane Holdren and Frank Gradilone) of Rancho del Paso completed the purchase of a spectacular piece of property slated for the construction of the Premier Equestrian Community and boarding facility in the Lake Chapala area.  Located just east of Chapala, the principle town on the north shore of Lake Chapala in Jalisco, Mexico.

RDP will include stable facilities for ten horses, with accompanying circular pen & arena and grazing fields.  Community facilities will include a pool and cabana area.  The construction of five homes are planned.  Each home will feature spectacular views of Lake Chapala to the south and mountains to the north.  Homes will be custom built to the purchasers specs.

WHY LAKE CHAPALA?

Are you tired of cold winters, humid summers and high taxes? Are you considering retirement in Mexico? If so, you might want to consider the handful of towns on the north shore of Lake Chapala.  Please go to the Lake Chapala page for more details.
